about & commissions

Deep within the mystic forests of the northeastern corner of the southernmost province of Sweden, where once the border between arch-enemy nations ran, dwells a solitary picturemaker in her studio.
Between dancing to Näcken's enthralling flute and fending off the hordes of forest gnomes, her unacknowledged genius produces master piece after master p...

Ok, in serious then:
I am an artist and author. Watercolour and ink are my main media, although I work in pencil, oil, or textile as well. In recent years my art has featured in a fair few exhibitions, and in addition I participate in art fairs where I sell prints and art jewellery. I also work in graphic design for either print or web, and welcome commissions for either grahics or art.
There is no fixed fee, the price of your commissioned piece will depend of a number of factors; such as how many hours it takes to complete and materials used.
For graphic designs, similar principles apply, there may also be costs involved for licensing images or fonts. Do you only need a logo? Or do you need brochures as well? Matching business cards? Perhaps a whole website? Do you already have the written content, if not I can help you with that too (English and Swedish only). Book covers can be commissioned either as a front cover only or a full jacket with or without a blurb (English and Swedish). Do you require matching graphics for a promo?
You will always receive an estimate which will not be exceeded unless we agree to do so.

Do you want a portrait of a loved one or a pet? A lasting memory of them perhaps? Or why not a unique gift to the animal lover in your life? I accept commissions, below you can an example of what a portrait might loook like.
